About our restaurant wine list
Our restaurant wine list is designed to showcase the incredible local producers here in Tasmania and producers from afield who make wines we love. Our goal with this list is to provide our guests with an opportunity to have an old favourite or to try something new; as such, we have arranged this list by wine style, helping you navigate the list more comfortably.

If you have a dinner or corporate event coming up, we highly recommend that you select your wine beforehand. Our wine team will be more than happy to assist you in making the right decisions that suit your taste and budget. This way, you can sit back and relax, knowing everything is handled. Stelo corkage policy
We operate a corkage policy of $30 per bottle. Our policy allows a maximum of one bottle for up to two people and two bottles for up to six guests. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly let us know ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements.
