At Stelo, all pasta is made in house from Tasmanian flour and potatoes. Our chefs prepare every dish from scratch, honouring the traditions of Lazio while allowing exceptional local ingredients to shine. Expect dishes inspired by Roman classics, rich sauces, beautiful seafood, fresh herbs, pecorino, guanciale, artichokes, citrus, and the kind of honest cooking that has filled Italian tables for generations.
