This year, we are crafting a premium Tasmanian menu that pays homage to the very place where our journey began—Launceston. Twenty years ago, my husband and I first met in the vibrant atmosphere of a seafood restaurant by the Tamar River. That meeting ignited a love for seafood and a commitment to providing our community with unforgettable dining experiences.

The dinner will begin with antipasti inspired by coastal Italy: fritto misto, oysters, mussels, and crostini. Following the antipasto is hand-made pasta courses and then a sharing feast of fish and seasonal sides. Tasmanian Rock Lobster, grilled and served with garlic butter, will be available to preorder.
